Goodbye Connecticut, hello Minneapolis

The last part of our vacation was spent in Minneapolis.  We had a wedding to go to and of course went shopping!!!

It's been 3 years! Happy Aniversary!

Mike and I spent our third anniversary in NYC exploring Central Park. We went to the zoo, rowed a boat in central park, and explored the Belvedere castle. It was a great way to relax and celebrate all that we have accomplished this year :)

This was a restaurant that we went to with my Dad and Christine. Jackson loved looking at the deer all over the place, hence the title of this post and restaurant.

Lancaster

Mike and I decided to venture out about 2 hours from my hometown to Lancaster, PA. We are just in the beginning stages of trying to find the perfect place to raise a family. Ha, are we new parents or what! The process will not happen for another 2 or 3 years but being that the Pacific Ocean separates us we decided we better explore some places now while we are on the east coast. Lancaster is a growing city and is a tourist area which we like. Our next area we may peruse is Chester county, a suburb of Philadelphia and the Connecticut area. Can you tell Jackson wasn't with us or we probably would have had more pictures!! If you are ever in the area, Plain and Fancy restaurant had the best Fried Chicken and Raisin Bread!! It was so yummy!!!

Mike was daring and decided to take Jackson out for a ride on the tractor/lawnmower. I was a little nervous and was really wishing I had brought the baby bjorn with us!
