Jackson went to Zack's first birthday party and came home with a fish. He loved it so much that we think he overfed it... which resulted in... Yep, you guessed it, death. Mike explained to Jackson what happened. Jackson did pretty well and seemed to understand in a toddler way. We actually hadn't even named the fish yet so I don't think there was that much of an attachment. That night, Daddy and Jackson went to Petco and bought a new fish. Here he is and his name is "Happy".

A Night Out in Waikiki

Last week, a couple of us went out to celebrate our friend Jaimi's birthday. Jaimi is the teacher I work with at school. Mike graciously watched Jackson while I was able to have some fun out with the girls.

Everyone went on a sunset cruise but Monica and I walked Waikiki Beach because we get seasick.
